What this role is about:
As a District Manager on the Field Responder team, you’ll work to promote Field Responder solutions for emergency notification, coordination, and response with fire, EMS, police, dispatch, emergency management, search & rescue, specialty teams and more. You’ll be responsible for territories and will coordinate with local, state, and regional public safety officials to deliver our end-to-end solution. Additionally, you will represent the needs and desires of emergency response in the product development process for new additional data interfaces and services. What you’ll do:
Act as an advisor or consultant to local, state and regional representatives to provide solutions for emergency response challenges
Communicate with State and regional authorities regarding regional opportunities for reducing emergency response times, alerting and communications
Communicate frequently with Fire Chiefs, Emergency Management Officials and ECC Directors
Generate leads via existing customers, trade show and regional meetings, local presentations, and industry relationships
Qualify leads and manage agencies through the entire sales process for Field Responder solutions enabling emergency notification, coordination, and response
Schedule, plan, execute and track multiple simultaneous deployments of integrations
Identify and communicate with potential Ambassadors
Participate in Local, Regional and State [chapter] events through presentations, support, and interactive sessions
Present at regional and county Emergency Services meetings to educate the community on technology and communication advancement
Liaise with Public Safety team to leverage relationships to maximize new leads and conversions
Support new products and initiatives, working closely with customer ops, customer success managers, and the product team
What we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:
Thorough understanding operational aspects of an emergency services organization
In-depth familiarity with emergency response considerations
Experience in planning and conducting upgrades or replacements of mission-critical systems during ongoing 24×7 operations
Outgoing personality and strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and work remotely / independently
Strong ability to self-start and multitask
Excitement and passion for a rapidly evolving public safety environment
Adaptable to new workflows and responsibilities
Ability to travel frequently – pending COVID-19 restrictions
Experience in Public Safety business development/sales preferred
Experience in service and/or public safety preferred

The budgeted range starts at $52,000 – $58,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
